User Interface
The Net-PBX has been designed to allow anybody familiar with a web interface to access and use all the advanced features provided. Through a couple of mouse clicks a user can perform:
- Make a call
- Answer Calls
- Park a caller
- Retrieve Calls from queues
- Manage Contacts
- Blind Transfers
- Consultative Transfers
- Conference Calls
- View Missed Calls

All relevant calls on the system are shown in the 'My Calls' section, this includes active calls and those on relevant call queues.
The 'Favourites' section show the real time status of any numbers the user has defined. External numbers can also be added and will be shown as status unknown as with the 'Peter Mobile' shown.
Notification of Missed calls, Voicemail and messages are shown at the bottom of the main screen, in this case 'peterac' has missed calls showing.
The bottom set of icons allow access to the users 'Addresses', 'History', 'Settings' and 'Conferencing' where they can personalise their environment and specify how the User Interface should act.
